I'm here to roll through the menu!

Today's wine pairing choice is Villa Di Capezzana. Tignanello actually took inspiration from its blend. I'm going to a winery event tomorrow, so this is like a pre-study.💕💕💕 The first dish served at the restaurant was a complimentary fried meatball. The simple seasoning doesn't overshadow the natural flavor of the meat. The fork makes a crisp sound as it pierces through the crispy outer layer. Dipping it in the accompanying spicy tomato sauce further enhances the aroma of the meatball. It's delicious.🥩🥩🥩 The second and third dishes, served together, were two different flavors of mushroom soufflé. One was drizzled with Pecorino cheese, and the other had pesto and spinach. I personally preferred the Pecorino cheese one (a dairy lover's delight). With each spoonful, the aroma of cheese and mushrooms seems to dance towards you. It's soft, fluffy, and has a long-lasting aftertaste. It feels great with each bite.😍😍😍 I personally ordered a main course of beef stewed in red wine with mashed potatoes. I was persuaded by the handsome waiter's recommendation. The ingredients themselves were excellent, but there was an issue with the sauce. The saltiness was too strong and overshadowed the other flavors. The accompanying mashed potatoes couldn't neutralize the saltiness. I was searching the table for water and bread. I wouldn't recommend this dish personally.💕💕 Finally, we all shared the classic Florentine T-bone steak. This was really good. The meat quality was already excellent, and the steak was cooked to perfection. There was no significant disparity in texture. It had a charcoal aroma while being tender and juicy. I even felt that their steak was closer to Chinese taste compared to others I've had. No wonder they have the confidence to say on the menu, "Do not ask to cook the meat more." Taking a bite of the steak and then a sip of wine really healed the pain from the previous dish. I can only say that the love between a seabird and a fish is just an accident. In this restaurant, you should try a different way of combining them. The dessert was still a stable performance, Grandma's Recipe. It was tiramisu. I'll borrow a photo from the last check-in because it was eaten up as soon as it was served, even before I could disinfect my phone. My cousin even ate two portions. It was really delicious. The portion sizes were generally large, especially for the main courses. One serving is definitely enough to satisfy one person (whether it's pasta or meat). I suggest sharing. And definitely make a reservation in advance. This could have been my third check-in. The other day, I wanted to have lunch here at around one in the afternoon, but I saw a crowd of people waiting at the entrance and had to leave with regret. #Wine #WineTastingNotes #GoodWineRecommendation #LocalFavorites #GlobalEatingandDrinkingSquad #UrbanFoodExplorer #LoudlyRecommendLocalDelicacies #TakeYouToHiddenGems #Food
