I've Stayed in the US – Highly Recommended! ✨🏛️
I came to UCR to visit my cousin and his girlfriend, and my cousin booked me a room at the best hotel in Riverside. Neither of us had any idea what this hotel truly meant. 🧳🎓 It's just a hotel, right? Although he mentioned that many people specially travel from Los Angeles just to check in here, he hadn’t stayed there himself and couldn’t quite explain the hype. On the first night, still feeling the East Coast jet lag, I collapsed into bed as soon as I entered the room. The next morning, I woke up early and headed out for breakfast—that’s when I realized this place was something else. 🍳🌅 They say “every three steps, an artifact; every five steps, a piece of history” — and that’s exactly the vibe here. This hotel is even more captivating and immersive than a history museum! Whether it’s the architecture, sculptures, displayed artifacts, or traces of historical figures, the richness of this place is almost overwhelming. 🌟 Several U.S. presidents have been regular guests, President Nixon held his wedding here, and countless Hollywood stars have been hosted — but that’s not even the main attraction. For Chinese visitors, it’s an especially emotional experience: you’ll find so many fragments of Chinese history and cultural treasures here. 🏺📜 While exploring the hotel (or just wandering around), I accidentally opened a door and entered a quiet corridor. On both sides were displays of Chinese artifacts — it’s hard to imagine how they made their way across the ocean to this foreign land. I took many photos that I can’t share all at once, but I highly encourage fellow Chinese visitors to come and see for themselves. Suddenly, I felt a lump in my throat, thinking about so much yet feeling like I could hold onto nothing. 🥢💔 “Mission” means “mission” (as in religious mission), and this hotel is called the Mission Inn — directly referencing its origins as a former mission. California’s history began with Spanish missionaries, and the various missions form the most important part of the state’s historical, cultural, and religious architecture. No wonder this hotel frequently ranks among the top U.S. National Historic Landmarks. You could call it a “internet-famous hotel” of the Los Angeles area! 🌴📸 #HotelRecommendation #HotelCheckIn #HistoricHotel #USHotels #LosAngelesHotels #CaliforniaTravel #UCR #AmericanHistory #MissionInn #CulturalHeritage #ArtifactLovers #TravelDeep #HistoricLandmark #CaliforniaMission #ArchitecturePhotography #TravelUSA #WestCoastTravel
