I Ate Japanese Food Made by a "Japanese Business Tycoon" Himself⁉️

“He didn’t say a word, just focused on slicing fish, and the whole restaurant fell silent🤫” After taking photos with friends at Big Ben, we were tired and wanted to grab a bite and rest. We were planning to go to the izakaya next door, but it was too crowded, so we just walked into this “tycoon’s” place. The restaurant was very quiet, the service was super enthusiasm, and most of the customers were white and Japanese. I guess it’s because there’s hardly any online promotion, haha. 😂 I never expected that in London, this high-pressure city, I would be gently soothed by a quiet “Sushi Boss” in a beret. 🍣 🥟 Pork and Edamame Dumplings 🔥 The moment you bite into them, there’s a “mom-like” flavor. The oil feels clean, the taste is light, and it goes perfectly with Japanese tea. 🍵 🍵 Rice Porridge with Soup ‼️🌟🌟🌟 My friend ordered it, and I tried a bit. It was okay. The soup is light but layered (one bite warms your stomach, the next touches your heart). 😊 🍣 Sushi Platter 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 No fancy plating, but the sashimi is super fresh, perfectly chilled, and melts in your mouth (the boss asks if you have any preferences). 🍣 🍤 Tempura 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Super delicious!!!!!!!!!! 🍮 Dessert (My absolute favorite!!!) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Black Sesame Pudding + Strawberry Mochi I ordered both, and they were great— not too sweet. Highly recommend trying them! 🍌🍓 📍 Sagamiya, behind the London Eye 📌 SE1 7GP, Ground Floor ⚠️ Check the hours on Google before you go. I’ve been to too many trendy Japanese restaurants. This one’s atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after work or school—comfortable and laid-back. 🌿 📩 Let me know in the comments if there are any hidden Japanese gems I should try next! #JapaneseCuisine #London #LondonFood #JapaneseFood
