I Came to Rimini for One Thing Only
—To Meet the Hometown Legend: Federico Fellini! 🎬✨ Rimini has two Fellini Museums: 1️⃣ Fellini Museum Piazza del Fulgor (Archive Museum) 2️⃣ Castel Sismondo (Film & Media Museum) The Archive Museum (11:00-17:00) is best visited in the afternoon. The Film Museum (10:00-13:00 & 16:00-19:00) closes later—early birds can reverse the order! I arrived in Rimini around 3 PM ⏰, dropped my bag at the hotel, checked the opening times—and almost missed the Archive Museum! 🏃♂️💨 I sprinted there and made it 30 mins before closing! 😅 📍 Location Tips: If you stay near the beach, it’s ~1.5km (20min walk) to the train station (you have to go around the railway tracks). Staying near the station is more central, but farther from the sea. Personally? In Europe, I walk everywhere under 2km anyway! 🚶♀️😂 🎭 Exhibition Highlights: Posters, costumes, film clips 🎥👗 Fellini’s original sketches—TIL he was also a cartoonist?! And his art style is chef’s kiss 🎨😍 🎞️ Film Museum (Castel Sismondo) Perks: Open later, with cozy seating areas to chill and watch clips 🛋️🍿 Interactive upstairs zone—insert film reels to play docs/old photos! (Hard to explain… just try it! 😆) A must-visit for Fellini fans—so much to discover! 🙌 #Rimini #OneMissionOnly #SoloTrip #Fellini #Cinema #ItalianFilm #MuseumAdventures 🎥
