I can’t believe Boston has such a beautiful restaurant

📍Citrus & Salt After moving to Seaport, I always pass by this restaurant on my way to and from work. At first glance, the interior is so vibrant and floral, I thought it was an art gallery/exhibition hall, but it turns out to be a Mexican restaurant! 🍠 This place feels a bit niche, with an atmosphere that’s like “clouds dreaming of garments, flowers dreaming of beauty.” They offer Dinner and Brunch, and while the cocktails are a bit overpriced, the tacos and tapas are delicious and affordable, with an average cost of $30-40🔪 🌽 Grilled Street Corn: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 You can always count on traditional Mexican street corn. The crispy exterior is coated with Cheeto crumbs, and the corn is sweet, tender, and juicy. Paired with smoked aioli, it’s just too good! 🍧 Soft Serve Sorbet：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Promise me you’ll try their sorbet ice! The flavors change daily, and I love the mango one. It’s super smooth and not at all like artificial sugar water. The taste is naturally sweet and tangy, and you won’t feel guilty after eating the whole thing🤤 🍣 Salmon Ceviche：🌟🌟🌟🌟 Fruit-flavored raw salmon ceviche with plantain chips. The lemon acidity is quite pronounced and pairs well with the sweetness of mango for a refreshing taste. 🥩 Beef Birria Tacos：🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stewed beef tacos, the beef is tender and juicy, a classic flavor. 🍗 Hot Chicken Tacos：🌟🌟🌟 Nashville-style fried chicken tacos, the cheese flavor is quite prominent with a hint of spice. 🐟 Beer Battered Fish Taco：🌟🌟🌟 Beer-battered fish tacos, the fish is tender and completely non-fishy, but the seasoning is a bit mild for my taste. 🦆Duck Confit Tacuitos：🌟🌟🌟 These are different from the confit duck legs I imagined, more like large duck meat spring rolls? The corn tortilla shell is fried to a crisp, and the duck meat inside is rich and flavorful, but the gamey taste of the duck is slightly strong🤧 The place doesn’t seem too busy, maybe because the location is a bit awkward, between Seaport and South Boston. Just book a table online if you want to go.
