I Declare This LA’s Must-Visit 1-Michelin Star of the Year 🫶🏼
Happy New Year, loves! 🤍 Couldn’t have asked for a better start to the year—Maude delivered an absolutely delightful experience. The $215 tasting menu felt well worth it ✨ Intimate, romantic, and full of atmosphere—highly recommend for dates or a girls’ night out 🫶🏼 The caviar with chayote was a refreshing opening. The lobster crudo in aguachile was zesty and bright. Loved the red abalone paired with its liver sauce and cabbage—textures complemented each other beautifully. Mains were just as impressive 💕 Black cod was tender, juicy, with perfectly crisp skin. Roasted quail (optional +$65 for black truffle) was cooked flawlessly—moist and flavorful without any gaminess. Also, their adorable ceramic plates totally stole my heart 🥺 For dessert, you’re led upstairs to the wine cellar 🍷 Moody lighting, cozy vibes (they even provide blankets!). The bunuelo had great texture, but the blue cheese wasn’t my thing 🥲 The following sweets leaned a bit too sweet for my taste, though presentation was still on point. We did the classic wine pairing and added truffle—came to ~$500 per person. #LosAngeles #LAEats #LADiscovery #DateNightSpot#VibeDining #LATravel #MichelinLA #TastingMenu
