🐧🐘🦒 I didn't expect Zurich Zoo to be so interesting!
Zurich's attractions are generally concentrated in the old town, which might not be particularly special compared to other historic European tourist cities. However, the zoo, which is not far from the old town and can be reached directly by tram, is really worth a visit! The entire zoo is quite large, and the penguins, elephants, and giraffes are all very interesting! You can even feed giraffes up close! 🦒 There's also a huge greenhouse with several giant turtles inside! 🐢 At first glance, they look fake, but they are actually alive and very cute, along with various birds, zebras, ostriches, monkeys, and even an elephant pool! 🐘 A friend recommended that we bring our kids, so here we are. Although the park is small, it's very exquisite. The layout is very reasonable, and the animal introductions are mainly in German, with comprehensive information about the animals' origins and habits. There are emperor penguins, penguins, lizards with 360-degree vision, frogs, rhinos, elephants, giraffes, and more. In such a cold place in Switzerland, they've even created an indoor tropical rainforest, with a restaurant right next to it. With a Zurich Pass, you get a 10% discount on the ticket price. The original price is 28 CHF, children over 6 years old are half price or something like that, and children under 6 are free. Many local parents come here to take their kids for a walk. #ZurichZoo #ZurichGoodPlace #ZurichGoodPlaceRecommendation #Zurich #Switzerland #SwissLife #ZurichAttractions #ZurichHiddenGem
