I Got to Stay at a Hotel Designed by the Queen of Interior Design! ✨

Finally! Downtown LA Proper Hotel is a design project completed by Kelly Wearstler in 2022, showcasing an eclectic luxury style. It blends Mexican modernism with design elements from France, Portugal, Spain, and Morocco. Through layered modernist patterns, vibrant colors, stunning handicrafts, and imaginative compositions, it offers a full sensory experience. Multilayered, stimulating sensory experiences are at the core of her design approach. With her unique style, she masterfully combines refined colors, complexity, and spontaneity, and loves integrating furniture from different eras.
