I Recommended This Spot to My Korean Coworker — Yuk Dae Jang 🇰🇷❤️

Last month during a casual chat, my Korean colleague asked for restaurant recommendations. I suggested Yuk Dae Jang. Last week, he told me he went with his family — and they loved it! 😋 I’ve recommended Yuk Dae Jang to so many people, and no one has been disappointed. This time, even a native Korean gave it the thumbs up! 👍 Must-Order Dishes: 🍖 Braised Spicy Premium Beef Rib with Flat Glass Noodle (yes, the name’s a mouthful 😅) This dish earned Yuk Dae Jang the title “Irvine’s Sun Nong Dan.” I actually think their beef ribs are better than Sun Nong Dan — less sweet, perfectly balanced salty-sweet, tender meat, rich flavor. 🥬 Premium Bossam (Boiled in Various Herbs) Pork belly boiled and steamed with herbs to remove excess fat — no porky taste, just tender, fragrant, and not greasy. Wrap it with kimchi and bellflower root for layers of texture and flavor. Also highly recommend: Cold Noodles Spicy Beef Soup (Yukgaejang) Beef Bone Soup (Seolleongtang) Beef Hot Pot Army Stew (Budae Jjigae) Rating: 4.5/5 ⭐️ Great for all Korean food lovers. Service is efficient but not overly warm. The space is small — better for small groups or couples. 💰 ~$40–60 per person 📍 3851 Alton Pkwy Suite A, Irvine, CA 92606 Might need to wait during peak hours, but tables turn quickly. #FoodCravings #KoreanFood #RestaurantRecommendation #HiddenGem #FoodDiary #GlobalEats
