Iceland|✨Centrum|A Romantic Bistro

💗 Centrum Kitchen & Bar 📍Hafnarstræti 102 600, 600 Akureyri, Iceland ✨ Honestly, I prefer Akureyri over Reykjavik—maybe because the capital was always gloomy when I visited.✅ ✨ Akureyri feels like an artsy, whimsical dream: heart-shaped traffic lights, a love-themed landmark downtown... this town radiates charm!✅ ✨ This restaurant sits right in the bustling city center, surrounded by souvenir shops and cafés. 💗 In Iceland's summer midnight sun, even at 8 PM, daylight lingers.💕 ❄️ Locals and travelers alike spill onto outdoor terraces to dine and chat. ✅ ❄️Despite our tight schedule, we slowed down—finally feeling like part of the rhythm here.💕 💗 Being a harbor town, we opted for two seafood dishes: 🦞 Langoustine Pasta: Decent lobster pasta with creamy shredded meat,✅ ❄️ tossed in squid-ink noodles and topped with generous cheese. Compared to a richer, 💕 ❄️more lobster-forward version I had in New York, this one felt more like a "mixed noodle" than a saucy pasta. 🌮 Prawn Taco: A monster taco—more like an unrolled wrap! Packed with fresh shrimp and vibrant tropical salsa, it needed two hands to hold.💕 💗 Maybe it was the exhaustion from a long travel day, but we devoured every last crumb.✅ #IcelandicFood #FoodieAdventures #IcelandTravel #Akureyri
