If Dallas Had 🌟Michelin🌟, This Place Would Definitely Be on the List
🍽️The dining experience at St. Martin's Wine Bistro was hands down the best of the year. From the service to the food, everything deserves a perfect score. 🍽️Let's get the most important things out of the way first‼️ 🍸First off, I highly recommend their foie gras. It's genuinely made from goose liver! (A little-known fact: most restaurants in the U.S. use duck liver for their "foie gras," and some servers don't even know the difference and have to ask the kitchen.) The foie gras here is truly rich and smooth, perfectly paired with a special fruit jam, almonds, and peaches—it's simply irresistible! 🍸Their escargot is another must-try. There are two snails in each shell! The sauce is thick and flavorful, and when paired with crispy bread, it's out of this world. The freshness of the snails mingles with the aroma of herbs, and they're perfectly chewy and plump. 👍The service here is impeccable. The manager personally escorted us to our seats and took our drink orders. When we asked for a wine recommendation, he patiently introduced several options to us in detail. 🌟The waitstaff have a great sense of timing. They appear just when you need them, but they don't pester you with constant questions about whether the food is good, which would make you feel the need to fake a smile and respond perfunctorily. We ordered the soup, which was actually fine. When asked if it met our taste, we just mentioned it was a bit salty. Immediately, they replaced it with a salad and even threw in a complimentary scallop dish. Note that we had already finished most of the soup. #Highly Recommend Local Delicacies #Foodie Exploration
