If you could have a picnic here, that would be super chill~~~
Hidden behind the National Art Museum of Catalonia on Montjuic Hill in Barcelona lies a very niche historical botanical garden, Jardín Botánico Histórico. This botanical garden is mainly divided into two parts. As you enter and go down the steps to your right, you can see the babbling brooks and towering ancient trees, which is quite rare in the long-drought Barcelona. Located on the shady side of Montjuic Hill and with steep terrain and rich vegetation, it's exceptionally cool here, almost making one feel as if they're in the Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies of West Lake. To your left upon entering is the garden's nursery and a lawn surrounded by broad-leaved forests. Sunlight filters through the leaves, casting dappled shadows. The thriving succulents seem to absorb all the energy of the sun, proudly projecting their graceful figures onto the white house wall, enlarging and stretching, as if time itself has slowed down at this moment. In groups of threes and twos, people are scattered across the lawn, emitting cheerful chatter and laughter, enticing the birds to join in their conversation with eager chirping.
