I heard that I like stewed tripe, and the Airbnb hostess in Florence recommended this restaurant, Il Magazzino, saying that their stewed tripe is extremely delicious.❤️ The restaurant is located on the south bank of the Arno River, very close to the Ponte Vecchio. When we arrived, it was mealtime and there were no available seats. Fortunately, we were able to book a table for an hour later.😀😀 An hour later, we arrived as scheduled and our table was ready. We ordered stewed tripe, fried meatballs, and zucchini pasta. All the dishes we ordered were incredibly delicious and we were very satisfied. The signature stewed tripe is indeed the best I've ever had. The cooking is perfect, the seasoning is just right, and it's not greasy at all. It's delicious even eaten plain. The fried meatballs were a great surprise. They are probably made by grinding meat and tripe together and then forming them into balls. The coating is very thin, and the seasoning is perfect. They are truly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and you can't stop eating them. The zucchini pasta may not look very impressive, but it is surprisingly delicious. The pasta is handmade, cooked to al dente perfection, and the zucchini-based sauce is very refreshing.
