In Banff Town

When traveling to Canada, Banff National Park is definitely a must-visit. And Banff Town, as the final supply stop before heading into the national park, ranks second on the must-see list. Banff Town was built because of Banff National Park. Back in 1890, it was a major stop for local railway workers, explorers, and tourists. After over a hundred years of development, today’s Banff Town, with its Swiss-style wooden houses 🏡 set against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains 🗻, has become a fairy-tale dream town. Banff Town in autumn is especially dazzlingly beautiful. 📸 Recommended photo spots ✅ Cascade of Time Garden: At the end of Banff Ave, on the other side of the bridge. From here, you can take photos of Banff Town and get the stunning "oppressive" shots like those in pictures 1-2—you’ll need a telephoto lens, though! ✅ Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel: The oldest hotel in Banff (with a history of over a hundred years). The best viewpoint to photograph this hotel is Surprise Corner on the opposite hillside, where there’s a parking lot with free parking. ✅ Vermilion Lake: A lake near Banff Town, with stretches of reed marshes and a backdrop of snow-capped mountains and the lake—it’s incredibly photogenic! The key is that there aren’t many people here, and you can also go paddleboarding. When leaving the town, head onto Highway 1, then turn onto Vermilion Lakes Rd to reach the lake. Banff Town has lots of exquisite and stylish cafes ☕️ and small shops. Every street and every corner offers photo opportunities with snow-capped mountain views. For friends heading to Banff National Park, why not spend a few more days here and slowly enjoy a leisurely vacation under the snow-capped mountains? #RecordTheBeautifulSnowSceneryWell #LifeInATownBeneathSnowMountains #CanadaTravel #BanffGuide #BanffTown #CalgaryTravel
