In Finland!! Today's Cherry Blossom Viewing and Spring Outing 🌸📸

Last weekend, Helsinki's streets and small gardens welcomed the "Cherry Blossom Season" 🌸. The liveliest place at this time of year is undoubtedly Roihuvuori Cherry Tree Park. As the name suggests, it's a spot dedicated to cherry blossom viewing. However, when I visited this year, I found that the flowers were still in bud on the branches, and the leaves had already begun to grow, lacking the pastel beauty of fully bloomed cherry blossoms (though some roadside cherry blossoms were doing well, such as those opposite Malmi Hospital, in the gardens near Kumpula and Arabia). Although I missed the blooming cherry blossoms, the weekend's spring festival was still a lot of fun, with Life Shows, kendo demonstrations, various food stalls selling cotton candy, taiyaki, grilled burgers, and even massage stalls, and calligraphy booths... Everyone was so ceremonious, haha. I'm thinking of setting up a stall to sell cotton candy and candied hawthorn next year, haha 🤣 There's also a Marimekko factory outlet nearby, which is great for shopping! They're having a show in downtown Helsinki this Friday, so if you're interested, you can check it out @MARIMEKKO Marimekko. #Finland #FinnishLife #GlobalFoodAndDrinkSquad #DailyOutfit #EatPlayEnjoy #Finland #FinnishSummer #Helsinki #Lifestyle #CherryBlossoms #CherryBlossomSeason #CherryBlossomLimitedEdition
