In London! As High as the Rent Is, as Affordable as the Noodles Are！！✨

On my way home today, I finally tried that hugely popular noodle spot in London everyone’s been talking about! 🍜 The entrance has a self-service ordering machine—super efficient. Try to go early though, it gets busy! I managed to try almost all their classic dishes. Located in the heart of London’s financial district, where rent is crazy high, the restaurant is surprisingly spacious with an open kitchen and a really pleasant atmosphere. The staff are lovely—especially the server 🥢 Signature Pickled Mustard Greens with Braised Beef Brisket: The portion of beef and noodles is seriously generous! The noodles come thick or thin—you can tell they’re hand-pulled. I’d say the pickled veg flavor could be stronger, so if you love sour notes, order an extra side of pickles! 👍 🥒 Appetizers: The cucumber salad and wood ear mushroom salad are tossed in a spicy chili oil dressing—so tasty! A large portion is just £5 and easily enough for two. The boneless lemon chicken claws (chicken feet) are also served in big portions—ideal for sharing. 🍗 Skewered Chicken Wings: They look mild but are packed with flavor. Next time I’m trying the beef skewers—sadly they were sold out this time. All in all… definitely worth a visit! I mean, where else in London can you get a huge bowl of handmade beef noodles for £11?
