Having tried NYC’s iconic steakhouses — Peter Luger, Wolfgang, Club A, The Grill — and Philly’s own Butcher & Singer, I can confidently say: Barclay Prime in Philly is currently the BEST in taste and consistency! Tender meat, premium sourcing, perfect cooking. ‼️ Choosing your cut: Tender + marbled: Ribeye Tender + lean + smaller: Filet Mignon Two-in-one flavor + for two: Porterhouse (Filet + NY Strip — my personal favorite 😍) ‼️ Doneness: Trust the server! The photo shows a perfect medium. 🍰 Dessert: Visually stunning and delicious. Only the coconut cake was just okay for my friend. 🥖 Complimentary bread: Freshly baked popovers — so fragrant and delightful 😋 (and yes, you can take some home!).
