I heard on that Inaba is hard to book, but we lucked out ā got a reservation just two days ahead for New Year's Eve! The $120 per person kaiseki meal was absolutely worth it. In LA, this is truly a (king of value)! Portions were generous ā we were so full we barely touched the udon and ended up taking it home. Every dish was delicious and carefully prepared š Highlights: š£ Sushi was incredibly fresh ā the toro melted in my mouth, and the uni was rich and sweet! š¤ Tempura was perfectly crispy and light.
