⚡️Whether Plano’s IT crowd ends up here by choice or by default, we all eat Indian eventually. From the early days of only knowing “butter chicken” I’ve now graduated to paneer, biryani, tandoori chicken, and a parade of masalas. When the food hits, I catch myself bobbing my head without noticing. 🌆It’s on Parkwood—bright, clean, counter-service only, perfect for a quick work lunch. The curries lean American-mild: flavorful but not a spice ambush. Do NOT order the biryani; I’d swear it came frozen from Trader Joe’s. 🌟The tandoori chicken (photo 1) was solid. I parked the chickpea dip in the middle so everyone could swipe naan through it. My teammate “Little A” dunked naan and fingers together, gave the sauce a twirl, and inhaled it in one motion.
