Indianapolis|Pho VN Cuisine 🍜🌟

Sharing a pretty solid Vietnamese pho spot in Indy! This one’s located up in Fishers — I originally found it through a Xiaohongshu recommendation and decided to give it a try. We basically ordered everything with pictures on the menu 😂 (classic move), and they were all recommended dishes. Check out the second photo for the full menu! 🫔 Item #1: Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls Includes a bit of pork and comes with peanut dipping sauce. The rolls were packed with fresh ingredients — light and refreshing. Dipped in the sauce, they become rich and flavorful. Definitely recommend! $6.50. 🍲 Item #16: Pho VN Special Their signature pho! The broth is rich but not too salty, and the noodles were cooked perfectly — way better than what we get in our college town 😌. Comes with steak, meatball, and brisket. A classic, reliable bowl of pho. $16. 🍝 Item #30: Hu Tieu Du Bien A dry noodle dish recommended by the server, topped with shrimp, fish cake, and squid. Okay, it looked great… but honestly, it was way too bland for me 🥲. They also served a small bowl of broth on the side, but after pouring it in, the noodles got kinda soggy. Ended up asking the server to turn it into a soup version. This one’s personal preference — go for it if you like very mild flavors! $16. The portions here are HUGE! We ordered two bowls between two people and couldn’t finish them. If you get an appetizer, one bowl to share is totally enough. Great value for money 👍! 📍 Address: 9773 E 116th St, Fishers, IN 46037 #IndianapolisEats #PurdueEats #FoodReview #VietnamesePho #PhoLovers #RestaurantRecommendation
