Irresistible San Diego: Blue Water Seafood is a Must-Visit!

When it comes to my favorite restaurant in San Diego, it has to be Blue Water Seafood Market & Grill on India Street! Every visit leaves me so satisfied~ 😍 Their salmon is absolutely incredible! The fish is incredibly fresh and sweet, and the sauce is slightly sweeter than Japanese soy sauce but never overpowers the flavor—each bite is pure bliss! 💯 The grilled scallop taco and oysters are also must-orders! The scallops are lightly charred and smoky, wrapped in soft tacos—the combination is just perfection~ The oysters are so fresh, it’s like they just came out of the ocean. Add a squeeze of lemon, let them slide right down, and you’re in heaven! 🦪🌮 That said, their clam chowder isn’t really my thing…🤔 It’s hard to describe exactly, but it has that “very American” feel that might not suit Chinese tastes. The soup is quite thick, and the seasoning is a bit bold. If you’re curious, you can try a small cup—the portion is already plenty big! Well, exploring food is all about trying a few misses along the way, right? 😂 All in all, this place’s seafood is totally worth the trip!
