Irvine’s Asian Hub — Diamond Jamboree

Got hungry in the evening and discovered a Northwestern Chinese restaurant called "Dunhuang" just a 5-minute drive from our hotel. When we arrived, we found out this is actually a mini Asian town! Dunhuang is right below Haidilao Hot Pot, next to Tim Ho Wan, and near an 85°C Bakery. The area is packed with Korean, Vietnamese, Indian, and other Asian eats. Even H Mart here had a surprisingly well-stocked Baijiu section with brands like Niulanshan and Red Star — impressive! 🥃 The only letdown: we got takeout, and the big plate chicken with wide noodles arrived at the hotel all clumped together 😅. Diamond Jamboree Shopping Center — remember this spot if you’re ever in Irvine.
