Irvine’s Liugu Hand-Pulled Noodles
Went shopping at South Coast Plaza today and walked until my legs were jelly 🛍️💦. Found this Chinese noodle spot nearby—Liugu Noodles—and it was a nice surprise! They have specialties like beef rib oil-tossed dry noodles and triple combo mixed noodles (tomato egg + minced pork sauce + chili oil 🌶️🧄). You can also choose your noodle type: ✔️ Wide, chewy hand-pulled noodles ✔️ Regular wide noodles ✔️ Spinach noodles Noodle lovers will be happy here 🥳! The cold skin noodles are solid—you can pick sesame paste or original style. I went original—plenty of chili oil, and the gluten pieces were tasty. We also ordered tofu skin with celery salad 🥬—light and refreshing, perfect to balance the rich noodles. And shoutout to their braised pork roujiamo! Crispy outside, juicy meat inside—so satisfying with every bite 🧡. Sour soup dumplings were good too—homemade, hearty dumplings in tangy broth, very appetizing. Overall, great value—you leave full and happy. If you like noodles, cold skin noodles, dumplings—give this place a try! About 10 minutes from SCP, perfect for a post-shopping meal ✨. 🫶🏻 Follow me for honest LA eats & fun 💖 #LAEats #IrvineFood #IrvineNoodles #OCFood #LANoodles #NoodleLovers #LARoujiamo
