You must order the persimmon ham for the appetizer!! It’s so delicious, with the sweet and crispy persimmon that I love, paired with salty ham - the texture is like melon with ham. Sweet and salty is the best!! It’s so creative, topped with pistachios and cheese. I would go back just for this!🧡 Spicy Miso Carbonara The carbonara with a runny egg is a must-order for almost everyone. It has crispy bacon bits inside and isn’t too spicy. Personally, I think the one in the fourth picture is even better.🧡 Veal Bolognese The wide noodles are super chewy, and the Bolognese sauce is so delicious. It’s not too heavy and has a Japanese twist. Highly recommend this!🧡 Pizza octopus This octopus pizza is super Japanese-style. It’s filled with salad dressing, corn, seaweed, and octopus. I love the crust; it’s like the stuffed crust from Pizza Hut, soft and fluffy.🧡 Meatball Crab meat croquette, filled with glutinous rice and crab meat.
