Haven’t been here in almost a year! They just opened a new location in Irvine—and now their Diamond tier has no limits on A5 wagyu, premium meats, sushi, appetizers, and seafood! 🎉 Tried the top tier this time to decide what to order next visit. You can choose two soup bases—great for variety! Started with unlimited sushi and appetizers. As a sweet shrimp lover, I had 10 pieces—so fresh! 🦐 Meat highlights: ✅ A5 Wagyu Brisket – Tender, buttery, dreamy with egg dip ✅ Australian M9+ Wagyu – Rich but less fatty, perfect for balancing ✅ Bone Marrow – Creamy and delicious (but filling!) Seafood is also unlimited and can be ordered individually. The black tiger shrimp was a standout 🍤 The sauce bar was clean and well-stocked, with fresh veggies, fruits, curry, and meat sauce rice. My husband oddly loved their curry sauce 😅 Service was exceptional—prompt, polite, and attentive. Ice cream flavors rotate (had strawberry and coffee!). Next time I’d go for the Gold tier—still plenty generous! A must-visit for wagyu and seafood lovers.
