Always wanted to try NEP Cafe — finally made it today 🌱 Weekday around 1 PM, waited ~15 minutes (weekends probably busier). 📋 Ordered: ☕️ Egg Coffee — creamy egg foam like milk cap, paired with rich Vietnamese coffee — delicious! 🥪 Crab Toast — crispy toast with scrambled eggs & crab meat — texture-rich, loved it! 🥘 Vietnamese Shaking Beef — tender beef, pretty good. 🍗 Chicken Wings — strong garlic flavor with sweet glaze — my husband liked it, I found it a bit heavy. After 3 PM, they switch to dinner menu with more options — will come back to try.
