📌 Miyabi Shabu 15435 Jeffrey Rd #119, Irvine, CA 92618 Honestly, this was my first time truly feeling the magic of AYCE Wagyu… (I’d been let down so many times before, I thought Wagyu was just hype 😅) But here — the Wagyu is fresh, soft, fragrant, and melts in your mouth. After leaving, my partner and I kept discussing how to get slices this fresh to cook at home… Then we realized — they cut it in-house from whole premium cuts.
