This time I checked out Miyabi Shabu in Irvine—a Japanese spot where you can enjoy both shabu-shabu and yakiniku at the same time, and most importantly—unlimited A5 Wagyu! I chose the sukiyaki broth—sweet, savory, perfectly balanced. Dipping A5 Wagyu into the broth and then into raw egg is so tender it practically melts in your mouth 😍. And the best part: you don’t have to choose between hot pot or BBQ—each table has its own grill! When ordering, you can tell the server whether you want the meat for shabu or grill, and the chef at the bar will slice it to the right thickness. So professional! Besides meat, there are also unlimited Japanese-style appetizers—we ate to our heart’s content!😊👍 Comfortable setting, good service, quick food delivery.
