Irvine's Korean food scene is thriving—I’ve tried almost all the popular spots. But Yigah is hands down my #1 favorite! I knew it was good from friends’ raves, but I never expected it to be THIS mind-blowingly delicious! 1️⃣ Cheese Galbi Jjim (Braised Beef Ribs with Cheese) The beef ribs are fall-apart tender, topped with a mountain of melted cheese, cooked in a sweet-spicy Korean sauce. Served with chewy rice cakes at the bottom — cheese + ribs + rice cakes = PERFECT trio! Huge portion, must-order! 🧀🔥 2️⃣ Sizzling Octopus Rice Big, bouncy octopus stir-fried in their signature spicy sauce — so fragrant and wok-hei loaded! Super flavorful and pairs perfectly with rice. Also massive in portion! 3️⃣ Cabbage Beef Rib Soup Just look at the color — you know it’s rich and savory! The broth is sweet and hearty, with several beef ribs inside. Warms you up from the inside out 🍲❤️ 4️⃣ Banchan (Side Dishes) Are Next Level! Their banchan totally outshines other Korean spots — fresh, flavorful, and refillable!
