Irvine Hidden Gem Japanese Fusion Restaurant โœจ

Iโ€™ve tried almost all the fusion spots in Irvine, and this one takes the crown, no doubt! ๐Ÿ‘‘ Location: CIR Lounge (make a reservation on Resy ahead of time!) The lighting is pretty dim โ€“ you might need your phone flashlight for photos, camera flash doesnโ€™t work too well here ๐Ÿ“ธ Must-order dishes: Bone Marrow Bibimbap ๐Ÿ‚ โ€“ You HAVE to get the bone marrow rice! Theyโ€™ll ask if you want the bone โ€“ say YES! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Itโ€™s mostly for looks but makes for a great photo. The server will scoop it out for youโ€ฆ so aromatic, with that rich buttery flavor coating every grain of rice. ๐Ÿงˆ๐Ÿš Wagyu Slider ๐Ÿ” โ€“ Also amazing. Iโ€™m usually not a burger person, but this one has a black truffle salad sauce thatโ€™s just chefโ€™s kiss. The bun is toasted and crispy, not soft and boring. Potato Korokke โ€“ This one was just okay, you can skip it. Their bar is super fancy and beautiful too. Aside from the dark lighting, this place is actually really photogenic โ€“ perfect for drinks, photos, and dates. ๐Ÿ’ซ Price: Around $100โ€“150 per person. Have you been here?
