Just saw this and had to rush over — Mikiya Wagyu Shabu just opened in Irvine! One of us loves uni, the other loves wagyu, so we went straight for the Diamond top-tier package‼️ Highly, highly recommend — satisfaction level through the roof 🤩 This is definitely our new go-to for group meals and birthdays! 🥩 Wagyu & Seafood: The Diamond tier really gives you everything. Besides the star attractions — Japanese A5 Wagyu + Australian Full Blood M9+ — you also get: Ultra-rare A5 beef bone marrow (first time seeing this — had to try!) Australian M9 short rib, ribeye, chuck eye — each with distinct marbling, all delicious 😋 🥩 A5 Wagyu until you’re stuffed Beautiful snowflake fat distribution, melts in your mouth. We ordered three rounds back-to-back — insane quality for an AYCE spot, truly top-tier 👍 🦐 Seafood & Sashimi: Uni, sweet shrimp, bluefin tuna hand rolls — unlimited 🤩 Sweet shrimp are HUGE — I slurped down four in a row‼️ Oysters, abalone, Alaskan snow crab leg combo (tip: you can also order individual favorites to avoid filling up too fast 😜) Sashimi options: tuna, salmon, yellowtail, wagyu tartare Uni + bluefin hand rolls — so good we immediately ordered a second round! 🍲 Four soup bases available — we chose sukiyaki and spicy miso, both excellent. Options: Sukiyaki, Signature Broth, Spicy Miso, Tomato. 🥬 Veggie, fruit, and sauce bar looks fresh and inviting. Plenty of drink choices including boba tea.
