This place is notoriously hard to book β took a full month to secure a spot! They open reservations for the following month at 10 AM on the second Sunday of each month. But good things are worth the wait π Over the two-hour meal, not a single course disappointed. Service was prompt too β no long waits between dishes, which was great. As a uni lover, I was in heaven β especially the black truffle uni udon π€€β€οΈ And the final uni nigiri was super generous! The set includes 9 pieces of nigiri β the rice isnβt too sour, and the overall flavor leans light. For girls, itβs quite filling; for guys, probably just enough. π° $250 per person Dinner has two seatings: 5:30 PM & 8 PM, with 9 seats per round.
