Irvine Omakase by Gino 🍣🦀 Finally Got a Reservation! 🤤

This place is notoriously hard to book — took a full month to secure a spot! They open reservations for the following month at 10 AM on the second Sunday of each month. But good things are worth the wait 😉 Over the two-hour meal, not a single course disappointed. Service was prompt too — no long waits between dishes, which was great. As a uni lover, I was in heaven — especially the black truffle uni udon 🤤❤️ And the final uni nigiri was super generous! The set includes 9 pieces of nigiri — the rice isn’t too sour, and the overall flavor leans light. For girls, it’s quite filling; for guys, probably just enough. 💰 $250 per person Dinner has two seatings: 5:30 PM & 8 PM, with 9 seats per round.
