Is the Trending Spot Niku X Really Worth It? π₯©β¨
Recently, Niku X has been all over LA foodie feeds β with mixed reviews. As a Japanese BBQ lover, I couldnβt resist checking it out! π₯Ί π I noticed they now offer Γ la carte ordering β perfect for meat enthusiasts! After two starters, we dove straight into the meat. Here are my favorites: π₯© Dry Aged Masami Ribeye β¨ My absolute favorite β€οΈ Served with dry ice in a sleek box β super photogenic! Dry-aged cuts get richer as you chew β take your time to savor it slowly. π₯© A5 Miyazaki Shoulder Highly recommended with uni. The meat quality is top-notch. Kinda regret not adding truffle π to go with it! π₯© Masami Wagyu Beef Tongue A must-order for any BBQ session β thick-cut, juicy, and melts in your mouth. Pairs perfectly with teriyaki or yuzu sauce. π₯© A5 Miyazaki Flank Steak Leaner than the other cuts β great for those who prefer less fat. Amazing with uni + caviar combo!! π§ Yuzu & Matcha Dessert Tried both flavors β matcha was rich, yuzu was refreshing. I personally loved the tangy yuzu β perfect for cutting through the richness of the meat. πΉ Mocko Polo Pineapple-yuzu with sparkling water β so refreshing! A must-try for yuzu lovers. We tried about 8 cuts of meat and were completely satisfied. Portions are generous (sold by oz) β light eaters, be careful not to overorder! Great ambiance, though the large tables arenβt ideal for conversation. Overall, no regrets here β enjoyed every bite! #USA #LosAngeles #LAEats #LAJapaneseBBQ #WagyuLovers #FoodieReview
