Came down to San Diego from LA with a client to check out a nail salon 💅 when my stomach started rumbling… Discovered a hidden gem in SD — Coco Bomb! They serve dessert in a whole coconut as the bowl 🥥 Inside, you’ll find: A thick layer of fresh coconut meat Soft, tender coconut strips Rich and creamy coconut milk ice cream Topped with golden, sweet mango slices It’s like a tropical flavor storm hitting your taste buds! 🌴❄️ I tried their signature Coconut Sundae with Mango: Pure, natural coconut flavor — no artificial taste The coconut meat is so fresh it’s almost chewy Ice cream is perfectly sweetened The mango is delicious (and definitely not from a can!) We sat in their cute little outdoor garden — The sun shining on that coconut bowl made me feel like I was on a beach in Phuket 😌💛 Only downside: They’re only in San Diego!
