This Japanese AYCE Wagyu hot pot spot just opened in Irvine in November—and it really is next level 😮. Super popular, with wait times around an hour+, but the meat quality is outstanding. Compared to other AYCE places, they have an impressive display of A5 Wagyu 🥩 in glass chillers right at the entrance. There are three tiers to choose from: Silver, Gold, Diamond. We picked Diamond, so all Wagyu cuts were unlimited. Not just hot pot—they also have seafood 🦞, sushi, sashimi (salmon, crab stick, etc.), all fresh and well-prepared. There’s even a dedicated sushi bar where you can watch them prepare items fresh, just like in Japan 🇯🇵. Plus, Wagyu sushi and sukiyaki-style servings. Service is excellent—staff clear plates promptly. Broth options are tasty 😋, and the place is clean and comfortable. Great for friend gatherings, family meals, or dates.
