Pros: 1️⃣ Suite upgrades are generous! We got a corner suite with a balcony and a view of the Hollywood Sign. 🏙️ 2️⃣ The housekeeping staff deserves major praise—super thorough and detail-oriented! 🧹🌟 3️⃣ As a World of Hyatt member, each guest gets a $42 credit—enough for one dish + a drink per person (after factoring in taxes/fees). We tried both the indoor and outdoor dining areas (plus the bar at night)—cozy vibes all around! Breakfast service was great and tasty too. 🍳☕ 4️⃣ The rooftop pool has an amazing view—perfect for swimming or sunbathing! ☀️🏊♀️ Cons: 1️⃣ Everyone complains about the noise from the rooftop bar at night! 😅 I sleep pretty well, so I actually dozed off to the beat, but light sleepers—request a quiet room, use earplugs, or book Sunday/Monday stays when the bar is closed! 🎧🚫 2️⃣ Front desk service was underwhelming—slow and unhelpful. No one offered to help with our two large luggage, and they messed up the bill at checkout! 💼❌ 3️⃣ Valet parking is $60 after tax.
