It’s Been Two Years Since Moving from Seattle to Dallas! 🌟
Looking back, relocating to Dallas has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made — seriously, it’s been amazing! 😄 Dallas truly has that "wow" factor: ✨ Unbelievably Clean & Safe In two years here, I’ve hardly seen any homeless people. Streets are tidy, neighborhoods feel secure — it’s a whole different level of peace of mind. ✨ High Property Taxes — But You See Where the Money Goes Parks are new and well-kept, roads are smooth, and public facilities keep getting better. It actually feels like your tax dollars are working for you — no money down the drain! 💸✅ ✨ Great Schools & Endless Activities Family-friendly school districts, and there’s always something happening around town — free city events, a library so big it feels like a mall (I can spend hours there!) — you’ll never run out of things to do. ✨ A Warm & Tight-Knit Chinese Community While the Chinese population isn’t huge, the sense of community is strong. Holidays feel especially cozy with potlucks and gatherings — that “far-from-home closeness” is real. 🥘❤️ ✨ A Trip to San Antonio Confirmed It — I Love Texas! Life moves slower here, the air feels relaxed, and people are genuinely friendly. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. And yes — the weather is pretty similar to Guangdong’s, so I adjusted easily. ☀️🌤️ If you’re considering a move within the U.S., Texas should definitely be in your top 3. Just saying! 😉 #DallasLife #TexasLiving #RelocationWin #AmericanDream #CommunityVibes #SouthernCharm
