It’s So Beautiful Here—Weekend Trip to Utah for Tacos! 🌮🏔️😍
The last time I went was… well, the last time. 😂 Finally writing about it during summer break—so typical of me! On the drive back from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City, we passed through a national park. Bryce Canyon in November was completely covered in snow ❄️⛰️—perfect for playing in the powder, but definitely bundle up in a heavy coat (like Canada Goose-level warm!). Utah is surrounded by mountains on three sides, and this time, exploring it properly, I realized just how stunning it is. 😲✨ But the real highlight? This taco spot—how is it so delicious?? 🤤🌮 I ate there THREE times in three days. So good it moved me to tears—literally! 😭 The staff don’t speak English, only Spanish, so we ordered using broken hand gestures and a lot of pointing 👋💬. The beef tongue (Lengua) tacos… DIVINE! I also tried tripe and other parts—everything was incredible. Seriously, SO. GOOD. I asked my little sister how she found this place. She said she saw it online and decided to try it. All I can say is—praise the first person who discovered and walked into this gem! 🙌👏 LEGENDARY. No further words needed! (I swear this is not an ad. But if it were, please, owner, pay me in tacos. 😉) Taco Lopez 1594 S 7800 St, West Jordan UT 84088 #Utah #BryceCanyon #SaltLakeCity #VisitSaltLake #SLCEats #TacoLove #SoGoodItMakesYouCry #NotAnAd #MomIWantMore #HiddenGem #FoodieFind #AuthenticTacos #MountainLife #TravelEats
