Plus, they offer way more options — even spicy raw marinated crab! Free banchan includes soy-braised beef, quail eggs, and crispy fried fish — all delicious. 🍲 Soon Tofu Soup – We tried the Combination Tofu Soup (beef, shrimp, seafood) and Beef Intestine Tofu Soup. The tofu is silky, the broth is deep and savory, and the intestines are tender. Comes with a decent Galbi (grilled short ribs) set. 🦀 Spicy Raw Crab – Just as good as Ktown spots! Sweet-spicy marinated crab, not fishy at all. The meat is cool and jelly-like, easily squeezed from the shell. Order it as part of a combo for better value. 🥧 Seafood Pancake – Crispy edges, soft inside, loaded with shrimp, squid, and scallions. A must-order with dipping sauce. 🐙 Octopus Bibimbap – Served sizzling in a hot stone bowl. Chewy octopus mixed with veggies, gochujang, and a runny egg. Flavorful (a bit bold for me), but the crispy rice at the bottom is perfect.
