Italian restaurant

After being here for 3 days, I’m ready to declare: this Italian restaurant is exactly my taste—even better than the awesome Badfins Food+ Brew! We’d just finished kayaking at Silver Springs and were starving 🛶—all we wanted was a good meal, stat. Originally, we had our sights set on Braised Onion, where the menu looked amazing. But here’s the catch: because it was the day after Thanksgiving, they weren’t serving lunch (they usually do!) 😮‍💨. Luckily, the owner—a sweet grandma—took pity on our hangry selves. She personally drove us to another spot that was open for lunch! Who does that? It was such a kind gesture, especially when we were this close to collapsing from hunger 🥹. So we ended up at this random Italian restaurant, and wow—what a happy accident! The seafood here was incredibly fresh. The fried calamari, for example, was so tender it practically melted in my mouth—no rubbery texture here, just crispy, seasoned batter and perfectly cooked squid 🦑. There was another dish I can’t remember the name of (oops 😅), but trust me, it was delicious too. But the star? The Salmon Kathe. The salmon was flaky, juicy, and cooked to perfection, with a rich sauce that tied everything together. And the little spinach leaves mixed in? So tender and fresh, they added a bright, earthy crunch that balanced the dish perfectly 🥬. Oh, and the beverages are bottomless—refills galore! Perfect for washing down all that delicious food 🍹. Sometimes the best meals happen when plans fall through, and this was definitely one of those times. From the kind owner who saved us from starvation to the mind-blowing food, this spot made our post-kayak hunger fade into pure joy. If you’re near Silver Springs and craving Italian, don’t hesitate—this place is a winner! 😊 #Patan
