Nepal restruant recommendation--DanRan
🍽️The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, with a small courtyard filled with home-grown flowers and plants, and the company of cats and dogs. Haha, 🌈 it's exactly the kind of vibe I love, especially with the presence of these little animals. It's said that the dog is a stray that the owner adopted, and it's been hanging around the restaurant since it was a puppy🐶. 🌿 Both the cat🐱 and the dog are semi-free-range and are in a very comfortable state. They are very friendly and gentle, although I didn't manage to catch a photo of the cat wandering around the yard. 🚩The restaurant is located in Patan and is called DanRan. It's quite easy to find, situated in an area where many restaurants are concentrated, and it's also near my favorite ice cream place. 🍦 This time, we ordered the restaurant's specialties, as the ramen and udon here are made by the owner themselves. The ramen 🍜 was spicy, with the side dishes being really hot 🥵. ✨The tofu was excellent, without any bean, which is a common issue with tofu in Nepal due to their production process. The tofu here doesn't have that issue. The tempura was very generous, and I loved the vegetables inside. It was delicious. To be honest, I rarely eat fried foods, even though I've been in Nepal for a while. But I can eat a lot of these fried vegetables on their own, and with the sauce, they offer a different flavor profile. #Nepal#DanRan#food diary#Nepal food#trip diary#travel guide#Nepal#Nepal life#trip story#Nepal trip#Lalitpur#DanRan Japanese Restaurant#Japanese food
