✨I’ve been in Bologna for so many years but had never tried truly delicious lasagna—until now. I even went to the restaurant known as the origin of lasagna in Bologna before, but the taste was just average. 🌟 Bolognese Lasagne (Lasagne alla bolognese) A portion costs 14€, and the serving is huge—with an generous amount of meat sauce. I feel like it could easily serve two people, especially those with smaller appetites, because it’s packed with meat sauce and cheese. 💧 The meat sauce has a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Italians love tomato-based sauces, but they often make them too salty and sour. Every table is served complimentary pre-meal bread and a jar of grated cheese 🧀️. The bread basket includes small rolls with bits of meat, baguette 🥖, and crispy crackers meant to be enjoyed with the cheese. 🌸Their sign and water bottles even feature an adorable little black cat 🐈‍⬛.
