Jang Soo Jang | Korean Food in Salt Lake City 🍲❄️
On the last day of our ski trip, we checked out this highly recommended Korean spot—and it totally hit the spot after a chilly day on the slopes! The Spicy Fish Roe Tofu Soup was absolutely bursting with fish roe—so much that we couldn’t even finish it… seriously generous! 🐟🌶️🔥 The Galbi Soup was another winner—rich, flavorful, and packed with tender meat. 🥩❤️👍 If you’re into pork-based broths, you’ve got to try the Blood Sausage Soup. It’s loaded with blood sausage, juicy pork belly, and tender tripe—all without any overpowering pork odor. So comforting! 🐖🍲💯 We also ordered the Stir-Fried Glass Noodles (Japchae)—it came in a massive portion with loads of chewy noodles. Really tasty, though we wished there were a few more veggies for balance. 🥢✨🥕 The atmosphere was cozy and authentic, perfect for warming up with hearty food after a snow adventure! Service was friendly and quick—just what we needed. ❄️🏠👌 Average cost came out to about $25–30 per person—such good value for the quality and quantity! 💵🎉 #SaltLakeCityUtah #UtahSLC #SkiSaltLakeCity #SLCFood #ExploreSLC #KoreanCuisine #FoodReview #WinterEats #SLCFoodie #UtahEats #ComfortFood #AsianCuisine
