πΈ Kyoto Station - A Super Train Station Kyoto Station, a super train station, is my assessment of it. πΏπ The Modern Side of Kyoto β The Super Train Station "Kyoto Station" ππΈ Kyoto is ancient, Kyoto is elegant, Kyoto is delicate, Kyoto is slow, Kyoto is "the real Japan"... πΏπ Among all the labels attached to Kyoto, "modern" is the one that is not there. The 1200-year-old city needs to be preserved by the people of Kyoto, hence, πΏπ Kyoto's subway system is not well-developed, buildings cannot be constructed too tall, and ground roads cannot be widened... πΏπ But if one thinks that clinging to the old can lead to a thousand years of splendor, that's being too naive.
