But the uni here is slightly bitter, with a bitter-sweet taste that I'm not used to. The presentation is also too casual, just piled up without much care, I'd say the chef didn't put much effort into it! At $9 each, for a total of $36, it's another painful expense! 【Sashimi Platter】❌ Definitely a minefield 🌚 Please avoid this at all costs, ‼️👎! Go for the omakase or the secret box instead! The sashimi platter with 20 pieces for $46 is indeed too good to be true, it's only reasonable at half price during happy hour!
