The udon was chewy and flavorful, and I even finished the broth. It was super satisfying! šŸœšŸŒŸ 3āƒ£ļø In Tokyo Ginza, the same ramen as Guan Xiaotong haha šŸ˜‹ Restaurant Name: Kyushu Ramen (Cash and credit cards are accepted, including Watermelon cards!) Address: 1F Katafuji Building, 6 - 12 - 17 Ginza, Chuo - ku I ordered the spicy BON ramen, which was really amazing. It had a fresh, spicy, and refreshing taste, and it came with two large pieces of braised pork that had a sweet flavor reminiscent of Shanghai cuisine. It was right up my alley.
