π¦One-Day Nara Tour (2π)
Just follow the signposts for a while and you'll reach Wakakusa-yama. We didn't visit Wakakusa-yama that day, but if you plan to go, you can walk around the mountain and then head downhill to Nara Park, Todai-ji, Kofuku-ji, and the Nara National Museum. πΏπΆ π¦π Going downhill is relatively easier and more relaxing. If you start from Nara Park and climb uphill, it will be quite tiring since it's all uphill. π¦π However, if you want to catch the sunset at Wakakusa-yama, it's still a good idea to start from Nara Park and climb slowly. π When you walk down from Nara Park towards Nara Station, you'll pass by a Mizugakure Shrine. It's free to visit, and the way they draw lots is very unique. You place the lot on an ice block, and the characters will gradually appear!π π¦π I personally feel that Nara is perfect for a one-day leisurely stroll. It combines relaxation and fun. You can see torii gates, shrines, temples, deer, and forests here. You can also experience the unique Japanese rickshaw culture. #Nara πΈ
