Japanese Restaurant in London 🍣

I’ve been on a Japanese food streak for two days, and it feels like I’m back home! 🌟🫰🏻 📍 Kami: NW5 2AA, 260 Kentish Town Rd, London (Very close to Kentish Town Underground Station) Dishes I tried ✅: Sushi Platter: The freshness was off the charts! Salmon, tuna, white fish... every bite was so delicate, paired with a hint of wasabi, it was pure bliss! Victor was over the moon! Grilled Beef Roll: This one deserves all the praise. The outer layer of the beef is grilled to perfection, with a natural charred aroma. Combined with crispy fried onions and a rich sauce, it’s incredibly flavorful and satisfying with every bite! Rainbow Roll: A riot of colors with eel, shrimp, avocado, and crab roe intertwined. It’s both visually stunning and delicious, with layers of flavor that aren’t overwhelming. Tempura Platter: The tempura was crispy and not greasy at all. The shrimp was bouncy, and the vegetable tempura had a great texture. Dipping it in the tempura sauce made it even better! Udon Noodles: The broth was so flavorful it made me want to go home. 😭 The udon noodles were chewy, just like the ones I had in Osaka! Simple yet so comforting. The overall decor of the restaurant has an Instagrammable, Michelin-style vibe, but the prices are really reasonable! Overall, this Japanese restaurant excels in both the freshness of its ingredients and the harmony of its flavors. It’s perfect for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine. I definitely want to try their eel rice next time—it looks super tempting! 🫰🏻🫶🏻 #LocalFoodRecommendation #LondonFoodie #LondonEats
