Japanese Tsukemen in LA 🍜 I'm Officially Conquered...
Found a super popular ramen spot near my place for lunch today 🥣 and unexpectedly had the BEST tsukemen (dipping noodles) of the year!! I chose the one with chashu—thick, substantial pork belly with scallions, minced meat, and sweet corn 🌽. The first bite was an explosion of layers and flavor! 🤤 Poking the runny soft-boiled egg and mixing it with the ingredients was absolutely heavenly!❗️ But the real star was the noodles! Super thick and incredibly chewy—exactly how I love them!❗️ The savory, umami, slightly spicy sauce mixed with the generous toppings and bouncy noodles... I haven't finished a whole bowl of carbs by myself in so long—total satisfaction! 😋 We also ordered the original tonkotsu ramen and the cold ramen. The rich pork bone broth and the refreshing icy cucumber broth 🧊🥒 were both fantastic! 👍 The tonkotsu was deeply flavorful, and the cold ramen was perfectly refreshing for summer 💦. Paired with some crispy, juicy karaage chicken—it couldn't get any better!~ 📍 Dashiwa Ramen 328 E Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91006 What's your favorite ramen style—rich broth, dipping noodles, or cold ramen?
