We stopped by for the Wednesday Jazz Brunch, and wow – what an experience! 🎶🍽️ The vibe was just right – a mix of lively energy and laid-back charm. You can choose to sit in the beautiful courtyard 🌿🌼 or inside where the jazz tunes feel extra cozy. Reservations are available, but we walked in and got lucky! 🍀 Let’s talk about the food – we went all out! Here’s the rundown: Gumbo – rich, deep flavor, truly soul-warming 😋🍲 Turtle Soup – a bold and unique local favorite 🐢✨ Shrimp Pasta – fresh and perfectly seasoned 🍤🍝 Shrimp & Grits – good, but honestly, my mom’s version is still the champ 😅👩🍳 Cornbread – came in a big chunk, though ours was a bit on the dry and crumbly side 🧁🤷♀️ Pecan Pie – sweet, nutty, pure delight 🥧💖 Bread Pudding – soft, warm, and comforting 🍮🔥 Bananas Foster – a classic New Orleans finale, and they nailed it! 🍌🍯 But here’s what made it unforgettable – our server Merlin went above and beyond!
